Nextcloud phpアップデート後にInternal Server Error
Nextcloudでphp7.2から7.4にアップデートしたときに
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator if this error reappears multiple times, please include the technical details below in your report.

と出てきました
私の環境ではnextcloud.logに"Is the matching PHP module installed and enabled?"と書かれていたのでとりあえず
apt install php7.4*
としてそれっぽいモジュールをすべてインストールしたら解決しました
他が原因であってもおそらくNextcloudをインストールする時にしたことができているかもう一度確認することで解決すると思います。
